Community Support Services

At the heart of everything we do is community and below are a list of amazing organisations doing great things to connect men in all corners of this great land of ours.

The Man Walk

The Man Walk provides an opportunity for men to get together to walk, talk and support each other in a regular and healthy way.

The Tough Guy Book Club

The Tough Guy Book Club is like a fight club for your mind. Once a month we get together to sink a couple of brews and discuss the themes and topics that arise from the previous month’s reading.

LOCAL CHAPTERS – 7pm on The First Wednesday of the month.

  • Geelong – Meet at The Malt Shovel Taphouse
  • South Barwon – Meet at The Belmont Hotel
  • Surfcoast – Meet at 4 Pines in Torquay

The Men’s Table

The Men’s Table is a group of 8-12 men who have dinner together once a month and share the highs and lows of what’s going on in their lives. All men of all ages, professions, and backgrounds are welcome. There are no ongoing fees to join a Men’s Table, you only pay for your meal each month.
There are a number of established Men’s Tables in and around the region, all open to new members. They are below (all 6:30-9pm):

Toolbox Therapy

Toolbox Therapy was created as a result of many years working with various organisations where I was surrounded by many skilled therapists.

Teamed up with my own lived experience, training and qualifications, I accumulated a large collection of therapeutic strategies and tools.

The larger the number of tools we have in our toolbox the more likely it is that we have what is needed when the next problem pops up. Hence, the name Toolbox Therapy
